All our deliveries are sent via Australia Post.
Standard Post: $8.00 within Australia
Express Post: $12.00 within Australia
Local Pickup: Available - Please select at checkout and contact us to arrange a time to pick up your items.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer this at this time.
All orders will be sent between 1-3 days of payments being received and cleared, and will be shipped to the shipping address specified at checkout. (Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if items are sent to the incorrect address due to incorrect information being supplied.)
Lost Parcel: We unfortunately do not refund if the parcel is lost via shipping through Australia post, if an incorrect shipping address is given by the customer or if the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.
Little Love Tribe takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit or shipped to an incorrect/invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.
Please feel free to contact us about any concerns you have or if you have not received a delivery after a period of time, once a tracking email has been sent.
Exchange and Refund
At Little Love Tribe, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience and love your purchase once it has arrived.
Each product is thoroughly checked and securely packaged before dispatch.
If however, you find an item is faulty upon arrival, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange under the following conditions:
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following goods exempt from being returned:
All Essential Oil Blends - Unfortunately returns can not be accepted due to the hygiene and nature of the products. In the unlikely event your product is damaged please contact us with photos and description within 14 business days.
BIBS Dummies: Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns on this product.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 8 Melfort Circle , Kinross, Perth WA 6028, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
